Receive User Events from CustomerGlu
You can set up Outbound Integrations (CG->Your Source) to receive analytics events in real-time.
CustomerGlu can forward all Analytics Events to various sources:
Analytics Webhook
Set up an analytics webhook with CustomerGlu to start receiving analytics events on the same.
Segment
CG can directly forward analytics events to your segment dashboard. Share the writeKey and Data processing region of your workspace to set outbound event integration.
Go to Connections->Sources->Add an HTTP API Source
Give the source a Name and Copy the Write Key to be shared with CustomerGlu
The Test Step Can be skipped
Also share the Data processing region of your Workspace with CG. It can be:
Oregon (Default) — api.segment.io
Dublin — events.eu1.segmentapis.com/
MoEngage
CG can directly forward analytics events to your segment dashboard. The following inputs from your MoEngage Dashboard can be shared in the Integration Page of CustomerGlu dashboard:
CleverTap
CustomerGlu can directly forward analytics events to your CleverTap dashboard. The following inputs from your CleverTap Dashboard can be shared in the Integration Page of CustomerGlu dashboard:
Account ID
Region
Passcode

Google Sheets
Google sheets can be linked to CustomerGlu campaigns to sync real-time reward, survey data to the sheets.
Connect your Google Account and allow the required permissions
Link a Sheet to a running campaign from the Reports page
Create a new sheet or link an existing sheet by pasting the url
Real-time Campaign data is synced with the sheet
