Introduction

Welcome to the CustomerGlu integration guide for Customer.io. This document provides detailed instructions on integrating Customer.io's targeted messaging and automation capabilities with Customerglu. Getting Started

Before initiating the integration, ensure you have administrative access to both your Customerglu and Customer.io accounts and have the necessary API keys and credentials at hand.

Prerequisites

• Active CustomerGlu and Customer.io accounts.

• Customer.io API Key and Region.

• A clear understanding of the data and events you plan to track.

Fill in the required details to Integrate with Customer.io - Refer to the steps below to get API KEY and Region

Navigate to Data Pipelines as shown below :

Navigate to Sources -> click on Add source to add a new HTTP source or select any existing source

Click on Settings and copy the API KEY

Click on Gear icon on the top right corner and click on Privacy & Data settings

Get to know your Data Center as shown below :
